It’s born from a thoughtful blend of Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), Chardonnay and a splash of Neuburger, all grown on Burgenland’s crystalline schist and quartz soils, and fermented with plenty of skin contact. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe result is a wine that defies easy labels: prismatic and aromatic, lively and complex, neither white nor traditional rosé, but something that feels as immediate as morning fog lifting off the vineyards. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOn the nose you’ll find cranberry and white mulberry hints; on the palate there’s refreshing fruit with phenolic grip and a fine mineral thread under it all.
