Delivery Coverage
We currently ship within West Malaysia Only. Delivery timings may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days once payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time

• Klang Valley: 1–3 working days

• West Malaysia (outside Klang Valley): 2–5 working days

Delivery Conditions
Wine is temperature-sensitive. We pack all orders carefully, but Murky Wines is not responsible for damages caused by courier mishandling once the parcel is shipped. If you receive a damaged parcel, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.
