Murky is a small space built around wine and conversation.
We don’t build our list around grape varieties or regions. We follow the people making the wine. Some wait years before releasing a bottle. Some blend by instinct, bring old vineyards back to life, or carry on a family tradition in their own way.
They don’t all make wine the same way. That’s part of what keeps us interested.
We’ve met growers, winemakers and importers from different parts of the world. The bottles we bring into Malaysia are ones we want to drink, and want to put in front of other people. Not because they fit a trend, region or score. We taste them, get curious, and see something worth sharing.
Natural wine is a big part of what we do, but it’s not a rule every bottle has to follow. We’re interested in the people, the work, and what ends up in the glass.
Wine is our way into other things too: food, coffee, music, books, and the conversations that go on longer than planned.
