Refund policy
At Murky Wines, each bottle is stored and handled with care. Due to the nature of wine, we do not offer refunds or returns unless:
You are eligible for a refund if:

You received the wrong product

Your order arrived damaged (broken bottle, leakage)

The product is defective upon opening (cork failure or severe oxidation)

Claims must be made within 48 hours

Photos or videos must be provided

At least 80% of the wine must remain in the bottle

Not eligible for refund:

Change of mind

Taste preference (natural wines vary in style and taste; this is not considered a fault)

Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
