Refund policy

 

At Murky Wines, each bottle is stored and handled with care. Due to the nature of wine, we do not offer refunds or returns unless:

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order arrived damaged (broken bottle, leakage)

  • The product is defective upon opening (cork failure or severe oxidation)

    • Claims must be made within 48 hours

    • Photos or videos must be provided

    • At least 80% of the wine must remain in the bottle

Not eligible for refund:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference (natural wines vary in style and taste; this is not considered a fault)

  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
