• Grape Varieties: Dornfelder, Zweigelt, and a mix of white varieties
• Soil Type: Loess and clay
• Age of Vines: Planted in 2000
• Alcohol: 13.0%
• Winemaking Process: Hand-sorted, destemmed, spontaneous fermentation (~25 days) in open-top vats, aged in fiberglass, no fining or filtration, no sulfur added
• Taste Profile: Low tannins, high color, low alcohol, and high drinkability.
• Fun Fact: The name "Barvířka" was inspired by a butcher shop that referred to the Dornfelder as "Barvířka." Milan once thought of uprooting the Dornfelder vines but decided to keep them as they were in excellent condition
