Cabernet Sauvignon
3 weeks of maceration. Secondary fermentation completed in barrique barrels on the lees, no racking. Matured 4 years in 180L Slovenian oak barrels, 6 months in the bottle. Deep ruby red color and dense texture. Notes of black berries, pepper, smoke, chocolate, and coffee. The palate is soft with well-integrated alcohol, youthful tannins, and a refreshing finish.
