Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from two south-facing vineyards on ponca soil. Forty days on the skins in large oak, followed by three years in barrel and another year in bottle.

Ripe fruit held together by firm acidity and fine tannins, becoming more savoury as it opens. Structured without feeling heavy. Serve slightly cool, give it some air, and expect a little sediment.
