Riesling

The Frei­heit version is part of their natur/naturally made line — whole bunch pressing, spontaneous ferment in large wood barrels, aged on fine lees, unfiltered, and bottled with minimal sulfur. 

When poured, it shows straw yellow with a little haze. On the nose: golden pears, gooseberries, exotic fruit and lively herbal notes. The palate is fresh and crisp, with citrus acidity balanced by softly creamy texture and minerality; a touch of yeast adds character without overwhelming. It’s both vivid and easy to drink, perfect for food or for sipping and discovering.
