A bright, easygoing blend from Rheinhessen that brings together Scheurebe, Huxelrebe, Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder, Riesling, and Sylvaner. A touch of skin contact on the aromatic grapes adds texture and lift, while the others keep things clean and refreshing. In the glass it’s straw-yellow with notes of gooseberry, apple, stone fruit, and delicate florals, finishing crisp with a subtle mineral edge.
