A lively field blend / négociant red- usually Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Gamay and others depending on vintage.

Sourced fruit + spontaneous ferments, gentle extraction, matured in neutral vessels to keep fruit and energy. The négociant approach lets Patrick build layers and texture from multiple micro-parcels; it’s ripe and herbal but still fresh. 

Ripe red and black fruit, thyme and wild herb, a bit of pepper; juicy core, herbal edge, slightly wild and playful.
