Gamay / regional field blends

Gamay-led red (often small parcel or mixed Gamay types) - light red, semi-carbonic style. Shorter carbonic/maceration techniques for lift, native yeasts, old barrels for gentle rounding. Minimal or no sulphur depending on the cuvée.

It’s Gamay that remembers where it grew -volcanic soils give a mineral spine beneath the bright fruit. It’s playful, but not flimsy. Patrick uses tiny, old vines and parcels scattered across multiple villages, so each bottle is a small map of the Auvergne.

Bright red cherry and cranberry, crunchy fresh herbs, a little earth. Soft tannins and an easy old-barrel roundness. Warm, direct and inviting.
