bright white with light skin tension in some vintages.

Native ferment, usually stainless or neutral vessels, sometimes a touch of bottle spritz from natural fermentation- no heavy oak. Low to no added sulphur.

Picapoul often thought of as coastal and saline- can feel volcanic and sun-driven in Auvergne. It’s pure daytime wine. Saline citrus, green apple peel, a little white flower; first pour lifts a delicate spritz, then settles into juicy, clean acidity. Very “Auvergne sunshine.”
