Grenache & Gamay

Ganache is one of Alice Bouvot’s playful reds — light, lively, and full of personality. The grapes (Grenache & Gamay) are organically farmed and fermented spontaneously (no added sulphur, unfined, unfiltered).

On the nose you’ll find red berries, a bit of licorice, fresh mint and chocolate nibs. The palate is juicy and fragrant, with a soft bitter edge (think cocoa or dark chocolate) that lingers just long enough. It finishes clean, fresh and fun. 

It’s a bottle you can crack open now and enjoy with friends, especially with cured meats, light stews, or anything smoky. It has enough charm to keep things interesting.
