Doma means home - a feeling this wonderful wine gives you. 14 days maceration before gentle pressing, 20% destemmed grapes and 80% grapes with stems. The aroma is lovely and complex, with many hints of Mediterranean fruit and herbs. Earl Grey and chamomile after some time in the glass, crisp stuff, lively and unique.
