Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Blaufränkisch
Spolu means together, is a gemmy, vibrant blend of white and red grape varieties: Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Blaufränkisch. Semi-carbonic (50% of Blaufränkisch) fermentation in direct pressed juice of Riesling and destemmed Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch. That last grape is what gives this wine its color, a light magenta. Cherry, raspberry, flowers, herbs.
