60% André, 40% Blaufränkisch

A touch of fizz from carbonic fermentation with all wild berries, crunchy fruits and a bit herby on the palate. Whole bunch fermentation at outside temperature for 8 days in 500 – 750l vats. Destemmed and pressed, fermented in 225l neutral oak barrels. The wine aged on the lees in barrels for 7-8 months.
