Trebbiano d’Abruzzo made as a skin-contact / amber wine.

Whole-cluster or crushed grapes left on skins for extended maceration, native yeasts, long lees contact and gentle ageing in neutral vessels. None sulphur added.

Trebbiano carries more flavour and body than people expect once given skin contact. The wine gains spice, phenolic grip and a surprising salinity. It’s an orange wine that stays lively, not heavy. Podere Pradarolo is known for making accessible orange wines that still keep a firm sense of terroir, and their farm has a mixed history of small-scale, intentional viticulture since the 1970s.

Dried apricot, orange peel, baking spice, textured tannic grip, medium acidity; crunchy and lively.
