Riesling from Alsace, blended with a little Viognier from the Ardèche. The Riesling came in after hail wiped out Anders and Anne’s own harvest that year; it spent close to three years in demi-muids, then another year resting in bottle. Serious mineral notes meet southern fruit and lively acidity.
