Pinot Blanc and Gewürztraminer from Alsace. It opens with white rose, jasmine, peach and a salty note from the Pinot Blanc; the richer, more aromatic Gewürztraminer comes through later. A gently oxidative touch from its time in old barrels adds another layer.
