100% Merlot

Mostly direct press Merlot with a small portion left to macerate for about a month. The wine spent a year in fiberglass before moving into demi-muids (500L barrels), where it shed its rough edges and came into balance. What emerges is a light, bright red—delicate and lifted, closer in spirit to a Ploussard than a typical Merlot. Juicy, fresh, and made for drinking with ease.
