Chardonnay from the “Les Graviers” parcels (a mineral, precise Jura expression)

Traditional viticulture, spontaneous fermentation, ageing in neutral barrels or large vats; lots of focus on soil expression (gravelly limestone). Jura Chardonnay that is lean, saline and lifted — not oaky blockbuster but clear, stony, and very food friendly.

Lemon peel, white flowers, wet stone, precise acidity and a clean mineral finish.
