A winding blend of 75% Grenache Noir and 25% Chardonnay. After extended maceration and aging in demi-muids with no topping up, the wine touches oxidation while keeping a distinct sweetness (~35g/L residual sugar). It's red wine, yes — but carried with a uniquely expressive, wine-within-a-wine kind of vibe.
