Claus Preisigner - Bonsai 2024

Blaufränkisch

A light, playful Blaufränkisch from the Rosenberg site, where the vines are planted closely together and have been compared to tiny bonsai trees. Claus ferments the grapes briefly and ages the wine in a large, old barrel, keeping the fruit and freshness in front. Think raspberry and redcurrant, with a soft earthy finish.
