Damijan’s Malvasia spends 60–90 days on the skins in large oak vats, followed by three years of aging in 20–30 hl barrels and another year in bottle. The result is a golden-hued wine with lifted aromatics — orange blossom, chamomile, candied citrus peel, and a touch of sea breeze. On the palate it’s expansive yet precise, carrying a gentle waxy texture and lively acidity that keeps the wine fresh. Subtle spice and mineral notes unfold on a long, saline finish. An elegant take on Malvasia that shows both purity and depth.
