A long maceration of 60–90 days in large oak vats, followed by three years of aging in 20–30 hl barrels and a further year of rest in bottle. The thick-skinned Ribolla Gialla gives the wine its distinctive character — layers of dried fruits, supple tannins, and a persistent mineral finish. On the nose, it opens with orange zest, floral notes, and ripe apricot, evolving into delicate hints of honey, caramel, and a touch of botrytis. A complex, structured orange wine that still feels graceful and alive.
