Riesling, Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc), and Silvaner 

In the glass it’s a rich yellow with a bit of haze. On the nose there are vivid aromas of ripe vineyard pears, orange zest, chamomile, and honey. The palate delivers texture and vibrance — you’ll taste stone fruit, floral notes, a soft tannin kick, and a juicy acidity that leads into a salty-mineral finish. 

Wild Pony is fun and expressive. It shows off DB Schmitt’s wild edge without being overwhelming: balanced, flavourful, and perfect for sipping now (or decanting for a bit). Best with food that stands up to texture, think grilled veggies, pork, mushrooms. Or drink it on its own when you're feeling curious.
