Le Mazel Mias 2023

This is a lean and refreshing take on Viognier — dry, aromatic and very alive in the glass. Grapes from roughly forty-year-old vines are direct-pressed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel, then left on lees for months before bottling, all without added sulphites.

What makes it special: Viognier here isn’t flabby or too rich — it’s sharp, lifted and textural, with real freshness and energy.
Tasting mood: peach and apricot flesh, white flowers, bay leaf whispers and a salty, almost spice-tinged finish that keeps you sipping.
