Pinot Noir
3-4 weeks of maceration and 2 years of ageing in oak barrels, 6 months in the bottle. Elegance and finesse with a balanced acidity. Aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, notes of hibiscus and violet petals, as well as scents of vanilla, black pepper, roasted nuts. The palate is smooth with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
