Momento Mori If Only Maybe 2023

Nosiola, Vermentino and Malvasia from the rocky volcanic soils of Mt Camel in Heathcote. The Nosiola spends around three weeks on skins, while the other two varieties see a shorter maceration.

There is texture and a little grip, but the wine stays bright, mineral and balanced. A skin-contact white with plenty going on, without becoming heavy.
