75% Müller-Thurgau, 20% Moravian Muscat, 5% Pinot Gris

A sparkling wine on Müller-Thurgau, Grüner Veltliner, & Muscat, boasts floral and fruity
aromas; pears, apricots, with a bit of creaminess on the palate. With lower alcohol content and delicate bubbles. Whole bunch direct press fermented in stainless steel. After primary fermentation Pinot Gris direct press juice was added to start secondary fermentation and bottled within 24 hours. The sparkling wine then disgorged after 3-4 months.
