Naboso OPERA rosé 2023

40% Blaufränkisch, 30% St. Laurent, 30% Riesling

A delicately fragrant rosé with notes of freshly squeezed lemon and ripe strawberry —bright and charming, yet with a structured finish, lifted by a fine, lingering fizz. Whole bunch direct press fermented in stainless steel. After primary fermentation Riesling direct press juice was added to start secondary fermentation and bottled within 24 hours. The sparkling wine then disgorged after 3-4 months.
