Blaufränkisch

An extremely fine and elegant version of Blaufränkisch, juicy and elegant thanks to the fine tannins. 100 % Blaufränkisch - The 80% destemmed grapes and around 20% grapes with stems fermented 3 weeks on the skins in open 500 to 750l vats. After pressing, the wine aged for one year in neutral oak barrels on the lees and went through malolactic fermentation. After the one year barrel aging we blended it into tanks and bottled it by gravity.
