Pheasant's Tears Quinta 2021

A lively co-ferment of five Georgian grapes — Goruli Mtsvane, Chinuri, Danakharuli, Shavkapito, and Tavkveri. True to Pheasant’s Tears’ spirit, it’s fermented and aged in qvevri with no frills, just tradition. The result is a light, juicy red with flashes of cherry, pomegranate, and watermelon, lifted by fresh acidity and a whisper of spice and herbs. Quinta is the kind of wine that feels both rustic and elegant — easy to sip on a warm day, yet layered enough to make you pause and think about the centuries-old winemaking behind it.
