12 hours of cold maceration before pressing. After one year of aging in stainless steel tanks, the base wine is bottled with approximately 7% of must (grape juice) from the current year's harvest, followed by 3-4 years on the lees in the bottle.

A bone-dry sparkling wine offers plenty of softness, youthful freshness, and a balancing minerality, long-lasting aftertaste with flavors of red orange and wild strawberry tart.
