Serragghia Notre Savagnin 2019

The Notre Savagnin is one of the rarest wines from Gabrio and Giotto Bini on Pantelleria, with vines grown from cuttings gifted by Jura legend Pierre Overnoy. Only around 50 bottles were made in 2019, making it a true collector’s wine. It shows a deep golden hue from skin contact and carries both the wild energy of orange wine and the precision of Savagnin.
