Sourced from organic vines on clay-limestone soils in Burgundy, the wine is pressed directly and aged in a mix of steel and old barrels with no tricks in the cellar, just wild yeast and patience. The result is a bright, mineral white that opens with white flowers, citrus and green apple, then moves into honeyed lemon peel and a subtle saline edge. It’s fresh, linear, and precise, yet with enough depth and texture to make it linger. A bottle that feels both effortless and thoughtful, perfect on its own or with seafood and lighter dishes.
