Alice Bouvot founded Domaine de L’Octavin in Arbois in 2005 (with Charles Dagand), and today she farms about 5 hectares of vines, owning plots in lieu-dits like La Mailloche, En Curon, Les Nouvelles, and Les Corvées.

She works 100% organically and biodynamically, and since 2009 all her wines are “pur jus” — no filtering, no fining, no added sulphur. Her philosophy is letting the vineyard speak, letting the soil live, and shaping wines of tension, clarity, and energy.

Her wines are known for high acidity, minerality, and lively freshness. Sometimes they’re wild, sometimes subtle, but always distinct. In her range you’ll find classics of Jura (Savagnin, Chardonnay, Trousseau, Poulsard, Pinot Noir) and also more experimental blends and négociant cuvées (grapes she sources under her strict standards).
