Collection: Podere Pradarolo-Emilia-Romagna-Italy

Podere Pradarolo is the kind of place that quietly proves natural wine can be clever and approachable at the same time. Alberto Carretti converted family land in the Parma hills into an organic farm and kept the project deliberately small- a few hectares of vines tucked into the Ceno Valley. Their wines are made with minimal intervention, often with extended skin contact for whites or careful aging for reds. The wines feel rustic in the right way: honest, aromatic and a little textural -a clear voice from Emilia-Romagna that doesn’t need to shout. Podere Pradarolo has built a small but steady following among natural-wine drinkers for its lively orange whites and structured, balanced reds.
