Description
Grenache Noir & Cinsault
A pale, aromatic red made from Grenache Noir and Cinsault. Anders destemmed the Grenache and left it macerating in freshly pressed Cinsault juice for just over nine months, then aged the wine in old barrels for another year. It looks light in the glass, but has more depth and structure than you might expect, with a firm, fine tannin.
