Chardonnay
A single-vineyard Chardonnay from schist, fermented with native yeasts and aged on its lees in barrel for two years. “Extended” refers to that longer élevage. White peach, green apple and lemon sit alongside herbs and crushed-stone minerality, with lively acidity and a long, savoury finish.
