Jean-Marc Dreyer - Finisterra 2023

Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Auxerrois, Sylvaner

A skin-macerated blend of Riesling, Auxerrois and Sylvaner, rested in neutral barrels for around a week on the skins. The maceration gives the wine some gentle grip, while the fruit stays open and fragrant: apricot, citrus peel and ripe yellow fruit, with a dry, savoury finish.
